The Original Cat Condo Deluxe is the ultimate in apartment living for cats.

It was created for cat owners living in small apartments or homes, spaces which often do not have enough room for litter, bed, scratching post and eating areas.

The bedroom is on top, dining room in the middle with room for a scratching post and the litter area is at the bottom. Your cat moves between the levels using the internal steps without having to leave the unit.

The Deluxe comes in durable white melamine and has contoured handle recesses on the drawers for easy access to food and litter. It rests on durable nylon feet which assist when moving the unit. 

The Condo allows for an environment of enrichment and fulfils 4 of the 5 Freedoms Of Cats as it has:

• a safe, secure, elevated bed for rest and sleep
• a private, clean eating area
• a private, clean toilet area 
• internal stairs and scratching area for exercise
  

Does not include bed, bowls or litter tray. Comes as a self assembly flat pack.
