We provide a return policy on the Original Cat Condo Deluxe purchased from our retailers or from our website. After receiving the goods, if for any reason you are not satisfied, please return them in their original, unmarked condition and packaging within 21 days from the date of purchase for a full refund of goods only (delivery charge not refunded). If you have already assembled the Original Cat Condo please let us know at first instance by email. In this case the product will need to be delivered fully assembled. Please do not try to disassemble it. Email return claims to hello@dnclifestyle.com.au stating the reason for your return and when we may expect the return of the goods.
 

Once we receive your goods in unmarked and resaleable condition, we will issue your refund within 72 hours.
